Previous manually operated electro-hydraulic pulse testing machines used an electric motor to drive a plunger pump, driving hydraulic oil into the actuator's cylinder to drive the piston out. The load control of the actuator is achieved by manually observing the pressure indicator of the system and manually adjusting the setting of the overflow valve. The reciprocating stroke of the actuator is realized by manually adjusting the eccentricity of the gear frame. But manual adjustment is easy to be affected by various environments and conditions, not only the operation is complex, the response speed is slow, and the control precision cannot be guaranteed.

The new type electro-hydraulic pulse fatigue test system has fully independent intellectual property rights, and can automatically identify actuator load, automatically adjust the relief valve and toothed rack of eccentricity. Thus PFTS2.0, 3.0, 4.0 series products can realize automatic running test process, while maintaining the work performance and technical indicators of existing test system.

After the operator runs PFTS series software and sets up the test configuration file, the system can automatically complete oil filling, loading test force, adjusting test frequency, adjusting amplitude and dynamic test force compensation, holding test force, timing/counting, unloading/automatic shutdown and other functions according to the test program programmed. Full automatic operation mode not only responds quickly, but also has high control accuracy. The two cameras configured in this system are used for monitoring the test site and PFTS measurement and control system, which is beneficial to the remote operation of the test system.
