Measurement and Control Software
PFTS series measurement and control system has three operating modes:
Manual mode on site -- operated by button of control cabinet;
Field program control mode -- operated by industrial control computer and measurement and control software;
Remote control mode - operated by remote computer and control software.
PFTS2.0
The company independently developed a new electro-hydraulic pulse fatigue test system PFTS 2.0 by applying the patent "combined control method of a kind of relay in hydraulic pneumatic device", and initiated the following technologies globally:
1. The world's first automatic oil filling, automatic exhaust, automatic loading and automatic maintenance of static/dynamic test force, static/dynamic test output force saturation protection, automatic timing/counting, automatic unloading/automatic shutdown and other operation modes.
2. The deviation of static test force and between the upper and lower peak values of dynamic test force is not greater than ± (0.2 ~ 0.6) % of the maximum range of the current actuator (shown). The host with maximum pulsation amount of 800 (ml/ cycle) is equipped with 100kN actuator. The deviation of the static test force value and the upper peak force value and the lower peak force value in the dynamic test are all less than 1.0kN. It is the first time that static test force is with an accuracy of 2.0% and dynamic test force is with an accuracy of 3.0%.
3. It is the first time to use a displacement meter to measure the zero displacement distance, and automatically record the zero value of the test force when the actuator reaches the zero displacement distance, and the zero value of the test force can be applied as the default zero value of the system in subsequent tests.
4. It is the first time to automatically prompt refueling 24 hours in advance. It prompts every 4 hours to avoid the inconvenience of refueling at night or other times, and sets "warning liquid level" and "alarm liquid level". When the hydraulic oil level is lower than a certain set value, the system will automatically pop up refueling prompt or automatic alarm and automatically unload/shut down, which improves the convenience, safety and reliability of the system.
PFTS3.0
In March 2017, PFTS 3.0 was successfully developed, which adopted the technology of automatic control + follow-up control test force.The deviation of static test force and the upper and lower peak values of dynamic test force is more accurate: no more than ±0.4% of the maximum range of the current actuator (indicating value).The performance index of PFTS 3.0 is further improved. It was the first time that static test force accuracy was 1.5% and the dynamic test force accuracy was 2.5%.
PFTS4.0
In September 2017, PFTS 4.0 was successfully developed, adopting the technology of automatic control + follow-up control test force + closed-loop control test force. A strain force sensor is added to the actuator to replace the current hydraulic sensor -- direct measurement is used instead of indirect measurement, and the output force data is collected in real time and fed back to the control system for corresponding processing. The deviation of static test force and the upper and lower peak values of dynamic test force is more accurate: no more than ±0.4% of the maximum range of the current actuator (indicating value).The force accuracy of static test and dynamic test was both 1.5%, almost comparable to the electro-hydraulic servo fatigue test system. PFTS 4.0 has irreplaceable advantages in the field of high cycle and ultra-high cycle fatigue test. Furthermore, the performance and reliability of the new electro-hydraulic pulsating fatigue test system are improved, and the application range of the system is extended.
